In order to observe requirements of the Technical Regulation and to minimize the impact of industrial processes of the enterprise to environment and to human health, the subsidiaries of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC have developed nature-saving measures for maximum possible decrease of emissions into atmosphere.

The Company has developed and is implementing the improved system of filtration of smoke gases – replacement of existing ash precipitators, i.e. moist scrubbers with higher located Venturi pipes, the efficiency of ash precipitation of which is 97 % with battery emulsifiers of second generation for each boiler, with a productivity of 99.5%     

Modernization of ash precipitators  will allow to lower the concentration of coal ash  to 250-300 mg/m3  and to decrease the amount of sulphur oxides by 5-15% without any admixes.

With the purpose of minimizing the impact of industrial processes to environment and to health of population the nature-saving measures were developed and approved by the Agency for Environmental Protection.

Analysis of emissions of harmful substances
