“PAVLODARENERGO” JSC is included into the local section of state Register of subjects of natural monopoly on producing heat power with consideration of differentiation on parameters of steam sold from CHP-2 and CHP-3, as well as from Ekibastuz CHP. “Pavlodar heating networks” LLP  is included into the local section of state Register of subjects of natural monopoly on transmission and distribution of heat power, “PEDC” JSC – on heating supply services, “Pavlodarenergosbyt” LLP – on heat power supply services.

Tariffs for producing heat power, for services of transmission and distribution of heat power and electricity and also for services of heat power supply are regulated by the state and are set separately for each generating, transmitting and supplying company. The company is entitled to increase tariffs not more frequently than once a year for producing heat power, transmission of heat power and electricity and for heat supply.        

Tariffs for monopoly-regulated kinds of services rendered by the Company are approved by Pavlodar Region Department of Agency of the RK on Regulation of Natural Monopolies, as for electricity supply – a notification should be sent to the authorized body.
