“PAVLODARENERGO” JSC is an integrated holding company, undertaking generation, transmission and sales of electricity and heat power.

“PAVLODARENERGO” JSC energy Company consists of power plants for combined  generation of electricity and heat power (CHP-2 and CHP-3 in Pavlodar, Ekibastuz CHP), Pavlodar electricity and heating networks, Ekibastuz heating networks and “Pavlodarenergosbyt” LLP being electricity and heat power sales company.

All shares of the Company are owned by “Central Asian Electric Power Corporation” Joint-Stock Company.

“PAVLODARENERGO” JSC holds firm positions at the electricity market of Kazakhstan, providing heating to Pavlodar and Ekibastuz cities and supplying the generated electricity to Karagandy, Akmola, Eastern Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions.

Sustainability of operations of the Company is confirmed by “Expert RA Kazakhstan” ranking agency, which, in August 2013 set the solvency rating of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC at  “A+” level (very high rating of solvency) and the rating of first emission of bonds (NIN – KZ2C0Y10С606) at “A+” level (very high level of credibility).

In March 2009, “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC introduced the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 international standards, respectively. In August 2010, a certification body, TUVInternationalRUS, carried out the first supervisory audit at “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC.

While being audited, the Company demonstrated that its Quality Management System and Environmental Management System based on ISO9001:2008 and SO14001:2004 international standards, respectively, has been functioning and developing in compliance with the international standard requirements. The certification body, TUVInternationalRUS, revalidated the certificates of compliance.

In August 2010, “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC started introduction of Occupational Health and Safety Management System in compliance with the requirement of OHSAS18001:2007 standard.

In 2012, “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC successfully underwent recertification audits of its compliance with the requirements of ISO9001:2008 и ISO14001:2004 standards. The audit results confirmed that the systems are maintained in working order and comply with the scope of application and all the requirements of ISO9001:2008 и ISO14001:2004 standards. The first supervisory audit of the Company’s compliance with the requirements of OHSAS18001:2007 standard has been also completed successfully. Upon audit completion it was proved that the Company met the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Management System stipulated in OHSAS18001:2007 standard. Based on the results of the conducted audits, the Company received ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 compliance certificates and the formal confirmation of the validity of OHSAS18001:2007 certificate.
