Dear colleagues, all of you whose vocation is connected with energy industry! I congratulate you on our common professional holiday!

Energy workers constitute a special brotherhood which fundamental components are high professionalism, a continuous responsibility, and, of course, devotion to our life-work. This is a basis for the best quality of what we do.  Yet, it is necessary to ensure smooth operation of energy equipment in order to use all the available resources fully and productively. Large-scale investment programmes aimed at the modernization and reconstruction allow attracting additional investments, putting into operation new generating facilities, and  sustaining economic growth.

On this Power Engineer’s Day I want to express particular gratitude to our dear veterans. They are the ones who laid the foundation for energy industry, thanks to which the modern power generation is developed, and electric and heat energy is supplied to our houses, industrial enterprises, and agricultural, social and cultural facilities.

There is a lot of new interesting work ahead of us all, which is directed at a stable and uninterruptible power supply to individual regions and the Republic of Kazakhstan in whole. I wish the plans of all the energy workers were implemented fully and successfully. Trouble-free operation, courage, health and happiness to you and your loved ones!
