Social programs

Social policy is an integral part of corporate culture of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC. The Company implements various social programs, each of which is aimed at supporting a specific social group of employees: material assistance to employees, healthcare program for employees and their families, assistance in consumer lending, support for veterans of energy sphere.

“PAVLODARENERGO” JSC is a socially responsible company and provides its employees with a full-fledged social support package:

  • Insurance for employees for accidents and diseases at work;
  • Organizing cultural, entertainment and sports events;
  • Organizing the social events for children of employees of the Company;
  • Payment of financial aid for various aspects of social support (marriage, childbirth, etc).
  • Encouraging payments to employees due to anniversary dates and due to receiving state and corporate awards,
  • Material aid for the needy employees, etc.
  • Additional compensation of expense when sending an employee to business trips,
  • Compensation of expenses for organizing the leisure (including holding sports and entertainment events).

Professional unions

The Company cooperates with professional unions representing interests of enterprise employees and provides social support to retired and disabled employees, veterans of Great Patriotic War, former employees of the enterprise.

Material assistance for employees

The Company provides material assistance to employees in cases of emergency. Large family employees and employees with disabled children receive financial allowances.

Assistance in loans

Due to agreements made by the Company with the largest second-tier banks of Kazakhstan terms of issuing loans for employees of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC group of companies are more beneficial. Favorable terms are stipulated – minimum possible periods of documenting, minimum set of documents, decreased banking interest rate, possibility of prepayment without fines). 

Veterans of energy sphere

“PAVLODARENERGO” JSC has created and is operating a Council of Veterans of energy sphere, which constantly cooperates in all directions of activity. The Company provides constant support to Great patriotic war veterans and homefront workers.   

It became traditional at enterprises of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC to hold various events for energy sphere veterans, including sports tournaments, culinary competitions, drama plays and shows, etc. Those initiatives of employees of the Company are taken with deep appreciation by the veterans.
