PAVLODARENERGO, JSC is one of the largest employers in Pavlodar region. At the moment enterprises of the Company employ more than 5200 people. For optimal use of cadre potential, the Company implements programs, directed at strengthening the unified corporate culture, effective motivation and professional development of employees.
With the purpose of refilling the labor potential “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC have formed a cadre reserve. Upon results of the year 2011 367 specialists and workers were employed by the Company. Cadre reserve may include graduates of universities that demonstrated their skills and knowledge during the internship.
Each employee of the Company is involved into the system of corporate training with the purpose to increase professionalism and to develop the inner potential of the employee. Main tasks of corporate training system of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC are:
- specialized training, retraining and professional development of employees of the Company;
- Development of important professional and personal qualities of employees of the Company;
- Organizing the works on interaction with educational institutions in terms of training, retraining and professional development of personnel of the Company;
- Organizing and planning internships for employees of the Company.
The key task of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC in the sphere of HR policy is maintaining, refilling and development of cadre potential of the Company. All enterprises of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC widely use the system of material and moral encouragement (bonuses, honorary certificates, etc) serving as a stimulus for increasing the labor quality.
To attract young professionals the enterprise cooperates with educational institutions of our city, such as Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov, College under PSU, Innovative Eurasian University. The Company takes part in “jobs fairs for graduates”, held by the Employment Center. Students and young professionals take the professional internship at enterprises of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC.
Program for students
One of priorities of HR policy of “PAVLODARENERGO” company is development of relations with students of leading academic institutions of Kazakhstan.
At enterprises of the Company students have an opportunity to take the professional internship, and acquire practical skills of their profession.
Students may get thoroughly acquainted with career opportunities and ask questions of their concern during the “Student’s Day”, which is annually held in IHEs of Pavlodar region. Several times a year “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC holds Open House Days, at which students get the opportunity to visit enterprises of the Company, get familiarized with the industrial process and equipment, socialize with professionals of the sphere of generating and distributing electricity and heat power.
